Snowmobiling is fun, fast, and exciting. There are many rules and regulations in place to make sure everyone has a safe and fun time.
Alberta's Iron Horse Trail is great for both the beginner and the novice rider. Help to set a good example and use care and caution where the trail and wildlife are concerned. Stay on designated area's and respect adjacent landowners.
It is up the individual rider to familiarize themselves with the federal, provincial and local laws regarding the use of snowmobiles.
The Trail Etiquette is posted along the trail, and here on this website, it outlines what is
expected of you, the rider on Alberta's Iron Horse Trail.
Alberta Snowmobile Association is a helpful site to check out.
